My professional life has been centered around making lives better. A good personal trainer or physical therapist must build trust and inspire the desire to change in his clients. It is a role I enjoy and one which gives me great satisfaction. Growing up, I always worked. I liked challenging myself to learn new skills, to push myself beyond my comfort zone and to be as independent as I could be financially. I bring much of the same to my work as a sales consultant where my first order of business is to know my product and do my research on the needs of my potential clients. I’m not interested in one sale, I’m interested in a long-term relationship built on trust and dependable service. I take the long view.
I bought my first property, a townhouse, as both a residence and investment in Greensboro when I started graduate school. I sold it for a modest profit, but it was enough to spark my interest in real estate. Since then I’ve bought another personal residence and more investment property. Starting with a single family house, progressing to multifamily dwellings, the business has scaled to 76 units in Greensboro, NC and Roanoke, VA totaling over 3.5 million in value. Through this experience we are now laser focused on larger multi-family deals.

My professional career has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of how to structure deals to meet the business needs of my customers and the companies I have represented, with a focus on reaching mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone involved. I have always been focused on developing long term relationships based on trust and reliable service. This has served me well in my professional career and has been paramount to my success in real estate. I am a firm believer in “people do business with people they like and trust”, and I am committed to delivering on those core principles with our future investors.
I have strategically executed a variety of deals from buying houses at auction and selling them in the open market to BRRRR’s( Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat). I am now focused on apartment acquisitions with our current portfolio consisting of 70 units between NC and VA totaling around 3 million in total value . Through these deals, I’ve built strengths in project management which has allowed us to successfully reposition our properties to generate income for years to come.
